You have 21 days for the return and 10 days for the complaint. Below you will find a few suggestions that will help you deal with the formalities efficiently. Don't worry, there aren't many of them.

1. Let us know

Inform us by e-mail at that you want to return or make a complaint about the product.

2. Fill out the return form

Here you will find a universal return form. List the products that you want to return or make a complaint.

3. Pack the package safely

Regardless of the value of your order, we always secure the shipment as best as we can. Returned (undamaged and unused) goods may be useful to someone else, so make sure that the product is returned to us intact. We do not refund products that are returned to us in poor condition. You can send it back in the same box it was delivered. We know from experience that a bubble envelope is not a sufficiently effective protection.

5. Refund


After receiving the package, we will process your return and send the money back to the bank account you indicated on the form or via the payment provider you used when placing the order. This is usually done within three business days of the products being delivered.


After accepting the complaint, we will contact you and determine together what we do: repair the product, replace it with a new one, or refund.
