Your satisfaction is most important to us, so we process your applications quickly and always stand by your side.

You have 21 days for the return and 10 days for the complaint. Below you will find a few suggestions that will help you deal with the formalities efficiently. Don't worry, there aren't many of them.

1. Let us know

Please inform us by email at help@papierniczeni.pl if you wish to return or file a complaint about a product. We will treat your message as a declaration of withdrawal from the contract.

2. Pack the package safely

Regardless of the value of your order, we always secure the shipment as best as we can. Returned (undamaged and unused) goods may be useful to someone else, so make sure that the product is returned to us intact. We do not refund products that are returned to us in poor condition. You can send it back in the same box it was delivered. We know from experience that a bubble envelope is not a sufficiently effective protection.

4. Refund

Returns:

Upon receiving the shipment, we will process your return and refund the money to the account from which you made the payment for the order. This usually takes place within three business days from the delivery of the products.

Complaints:

After accepting the complaint, we will contact you and determine together what we do: repair the product, replace it with a new one, or refund.
