Founded in 2009 in Tokyo, PICUS creates functional accessories made of brass, copper, wood, and leather. Its founder describes his designs as “antiques of the future” – objects that mature over time and become part of our everyday rituals. As the years pass, they subtly change in appearance, gaining depth and traces of use, so that each piece develops its own character and becomes a record of its owner’s daily life.

The Schale box is a Japanese example of an everyday object brought to perfection. It consists of two parts – a lid and a base – which can be used together as a small container or separately as two individual trays. Perfect for keeping small desk items, jewelry, incense, or paper clips. Over time, its surface deepens in color, developing a unique patina. Simply looking at it brings a sense of calm – a handcrafted object that introduces harmony and order into any space.

    Delivery

    We send orders to European Union countries and to selected countries outside its borders. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. If your country is not on the list in checkout, please contact us at hej@papierniczeni.pl - we'll see what we can do!

    We offer free international delivery on orders of a minimum value of 150 EUR.

    Personal pickup is also available at no extra charge at our store in Kraków, Limanowskiego 18, Monday to Friday: 12:00-18:00, Saturday: 12:00-16:00.

    Delivery time will vary from 2 to 7 days from the moment the order is picked up by the shipping company.
