Caran d'Ache is a Swiss brand founded in 1915. It is renowned for creating top-quality writing and drawing instruments. The brand’s expertise in the industry makes their products have been chosen by the most demanding customers for years. We love the pens’ simple, timeless design and outstanding colours.

Borealis is the new collection by Caran d'Ache.  It is a set consisting of a pen 849 and pencil 844 in gradations of green and purple, which is inspired by the colours of the aurora borealis.

The Caran d'Ache ballpoint pen and pencil are incredibly slim and have a classic hexagonal shape. They owe their lightness and ease of handling to the aluminium. Their entire body is coated with a durable lacquer, applied by powder coating. The 849 ballpoint pen has a high-performance Goliath refill, which will write approximately 600 A4 pages. The 844 pencil has a push-button ejection mechanism for the 0.5 mm thick graphite and an eraser concealed under the button.
