    We send orders to European Union countries and to selected countries outside its borders. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. If your country is not on the list in checkout, please contact us at hej@papierniczeni.pl - we'll see what we can do!

    We offer free international delivery on orders of a minimum value of 150 EUR.

    Personal pickup is also available at no extra charge at our store in Kraków, Limanowskiego 18, Monday to Friday: 12:00-18:00, Saturday: 12:00-16:00.

    We ship orders every day on working days. From the moment the payment is credited, we will send your order within 48 hours at the latest. If you want express delivery, write to help@papierniczeni.pl We will act as soon as possible!
    Delivery time will vary from 2 to 7 days from the moment the order is picked up by the shipping company.
